Fall Family Fun Fest!

We wanted to let you know about a fundraiser we're doing and really excited about! We're putting it together with good friends, Justin and Corrin, who are also adopting. We are still working out some of the details, but here's what we have so far:

It will be on Sat., Oct. 1st on the grounds of the Ottomeyer Clinic in Forest Lake - right on highway 61.

We are planning a family fun walk/run 5K. It will be somewhere in Forest Lake, still working on that, and probably starting at 9am.

 

Then, the plan as of right now, is to start at 1:00 in the parking lots around the Ottomeyer Clinic. There will be

a bouncy house or two, mini donuts and kettle corn, live animals, a silent auction, school carnival type games, face painting, and we're still working on a couple more things.

We would love some prayer leading up to this and on the day! Sooooo important! Especially for good weather and lots of people. And, if any of you would be interested in helping in any way, let me know. Some of the things we could use are: prizes for the games, things for the silent auction, people to help run/man things, someone to be in charge of getting food to the helpers, ideas for t-shirts or something for the helpers to be identified, and any way to keep our overhead costs down!!

 

This is already proving to be quite the endeavor, but we are really excited about it and know it will be a ton of fun! Feel free to spread the word, and we'd love to see you there!
